Vision Session
A legal and tax planning session with attorney Susanna P. Lichter over Zoom. Your Vision Session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, review your legacy planning objectives, and discuss our Legacy Plans and flat-fee pricing.
Design Meeting
We'll spend an hour together over Zoom designing your estate plan. After our Design Meeting, we'll draft your estate planning documents and send you a final draft of your estate plan for review, along with a video explaining the key sections of your documents.
Signing Ceremony
Congratulations! Your estate plan is ready. We’ll choose a convenient place to sign the documents or our attorneys can supervise over Zoom.

Intellectual Property

Susanna P. Lichter
Susanna has over ten years of experience practicing law. As the founder of The Law Office of Susanna P. Lichter, she specializes in protecting assets and planning for life’s uncertainties. In addition to providing expert services in estate planning, she specializes in business law and intellectual property. She is also an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Susanna is a graduate of Harvard Law School and is licensed in California and New York.
